Nickie looks to add value and growth to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to help them succeed through her one-to-one mentoring. She also proactively spends time supporting local business sharing advice, creating networks, leveraging the local ecosystem and hosting events to help boost business. 

Nickie is accredited in business growth by the Institute of Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurship (IOEE). She understands that growth means different things to different businesses and can tailor her support to suit your individual business needs.  

Nickie is also Women in Business accredited by Every Woman, a company designed to support the growth in female led businesses. She helps those who have great ideas and the skills to start their own business but lack the guidance or confidence to take the first step in achieving their ambitions.
